TANGLETOWN
Seattle, WA | small-scale residential mixed-use | 6 live-work townhouses | 11,700 sf
Tangletown is a six-unit live-work townhouse development organized around a pedestrian courtyard. Located at the edge of a small commercial node in North Seattle, the project extends Tangletown’s eclectic mix of storefronts and houses, offering a contemporary interpretation of Tangletown’s walkable urban form, with functional, flexible live-work townhouses. Each four-story unit includes a ground-level commercial space and a private upper-level residence. The design preserves an Exceptional Bigleaf Maple and was developed to pursue Built Green certification.
