TANGLETOWN
Seattle, WA | small-scale residential mixed-use | 6 live-work townhouses | 11,700 sf
Six live-work townhouses organized around a linear courtyard. Located at the edge of a small commercial node in North Seattle, the project extends the neighborhood’s eclectic mix of storefronts and houses, offering contemporary interpretation of a walkable urban townhouse development. Designed to be functional and flexible, each four-story townhouse includes a ground-floor commercial space and a private upper-level residence with a roof deck. The design preserves an Exceptional big leaf Maple and was developed to pursue Built Green certification.
